The
3d renderings shows an exterior view of an apartment building, the
interiors views of an apartment and the furnished floor plans
of the units. This presentation were made in Rio de Janeiro, in 2001.
Overview
on this Presentation
The
exterior and interior 3d illustrations or pre-visualization refers
to the presentation of
an apartment building, in 2001, in Rio. The client, a
property developer and condominium builder from Rio de Janeiro, required a package of marketing materials to help sell
Its development off plan.
The
material were used for brochures, ads in newpapers and to display
in large format in a sale office.
Along
with the 3d interior and 3d exterior renderings, it was also ordered the
floor plan renderings of the apartments.
The interior views, in fact are 3d sections or architectural
cutaways, because the interior is seen as if the observer was
outsite of the walls, or as if some walls had been removed.
C.G.I (Computer generated images) such
as an architectural perspective view of the building, Interior
views and floor plan renderings of the units were generate from
the 3d
models.
3ds
Rendering
All the illustrations including exterior and interior
renderings, floor plan renderings were made by me using computer
graphics resources..
The
3d models were built using Autocad and the render
process were made using 3D Studio r.4, an old version of 3ds
max.

the picture above you can see an isometric view or aerial view of the Condominium
building. This pictures shows the building“s roof and the lazer area
where a swimming pool can be seen. The parking įrea of the building it
was part of the ground floor. In the large terrace that cover the ground
floor, behind the tower block, there is another parking
