3D architectural rendering and 3d visualization regarding a proposed condominium apartment building in Ipanema, Rio. The architectural rendering services included walkthrough, fly-by animation and virtual tour.
These
static images and 3D renderings animations were requested by a property
developer company to present Its apartment building
development proposal in 1995. According to the final design
provided by the developers, a 3D model of the condominium was
precisely built. The entire building was modeled, not only the
exterior but also its interior including entrance hall, social
areas, some apartment units and penthouses.

3 sequences of the 3D animations produced in 1995: Simulantion of a fly
around the building, 3D penthouse walkthrough and a front angle view of
building with car moving along the street right in front the building.
If you do not have high speed internet connection, it may take a few
minutes to load the files. All the animation sequences had its quality
reduced to diminish the file size and make it faster and feasible to
load. The total duration of all sequences jointed last more than 30
minutes. It was a considerable amount of time if we consider that it was
made in 1995.

Animation: Animação de câmara e objetos. Foi feita caminhada
interna e simulação de vôo em torno do projeto. Carros e portas
apareciam se movendo em algumas cenas.
